Product Bed and Breakfast
We are a small and friendly B&B situated on the northern approach road into Abingdon - making us very convenient for both Abingdon and the surrounding villages as well as Oxford. Although the address is the main road, we are located on a small service road set well back from the main road and screened by large trees - making the location quite quiet. With the well marked out 'off-street' car park at the front of the house, and bus stops just yards from the house, many guests like to use us as a base and then travel to town by bus or on foot.
Most debit and credit cards are accepted for payment - as well as cash - but we regret that we are no longer able to accept cheques. Bookings can be made by telephone (when card details are taken to secure the booking) or direct via the website.
There are currently 5 rooms available - ranging from a single room to a family room - and all with en-suite facilities. One room, on the ground floor, has been created specifically for guests that may have mobility problems and is fitted with an en-suite wet-room to enable wheelchair users access to the facilities.
All rooms have the usual tea and coffee making facilities, as well as digital TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and small personal security safe. Many guests appreciate the free internet access - those with their own laptop accessing the WiFi network, and those without laptops welcome to use the PC located in the guest lounge.
It is no wonder that many guests think we are the best B&B around! |
